Kirsten Siewert
In my approach, I integrate years of life experience alongside clinical and professional expertise, offering a unique perspective to address various challenges. Whether you're grappling with anxiety, depression, addiction issues, life transitions, relationship hurdles, divorce, or seeking personal growth and self-exploration, my approach is tailored to support you.
Having navigated through two divorces myself, I intimately understand the complexities, emotions, and adjustments involved in such transitions. Drawing from my personal successes in co-parenting and theoretical knowledge, I cultivate an empathetic, realistic, and sincere therapeutic environment. As a mother of two grown children, an animal enthusiast, and an avid athlete, I bring authenticity and warmth to our sessions.
My roots in beautiful Northern California since 1969, coupled with a passion for travel and environmental appreciation, enrich my perspective. I prioritize honest and open engagement with my clients, fostering a genuine and comfortable therapeutic atmosphere. I am eager to embark on this journey with you, supporting your growth and well-being every step of the way.
